Damaged Goods or Shortages: Upon receipt, check products carefully. Note on the delivery receipt any damage or abnormality. Delivery receipts signed complete, without any noted discrepancies, will be the responsibility of the consignee and not SpillKit.com. Please notify SpillKit.com customer support immediately regarding any problems. If an order arrives without all items shown on the packing list, a notation must be made on the delivery receipt. Collect Shipments are the responsibility of the consignee.
Returns Policy: Product must be un-used and in original packaging. No discontinued or obsolete items will be accepted. RGA number must be obtained from SpillKit.com customer service. RGA requests can be made up to 30 days from date of purchase. Customer pays return freight charges and 25% restocking fee, except when return is due to freight damage. SpillKit.com reserves the right to refuse any return not in compliance. Custom orders are not returnable.
